The Topmost Workout for Lower Abs

by Travis Hunt

What is the most excellent exercise for lower abdominals? Let me tell you, the answer doesn't lie on the "what." Instead, you should be asking yourself this: "HOW can I make the most out of my lower abdominals program so I could get sculpted abs easily?"

Physical fitness is a bigtime industry. Why? Because people like you and me will give almost anything we can to look good, and that includes spending money on gym memberships, dietary supplements, workout tools, and exercise equipment.

It's fine that you want to build a flat tummy, but you must take in consideration other factors too. Any successful exercise dream - either it's conditioning biceps or, in this case, toning the abs - calls for working your WHOLE body. That's the reason most abdominal workout equipments don't give maximum results when used alone.

A full training regimen cannot only involve the best exercise for lower abs. The one method to do that is to include these three valuable factors:

1. Well-balanced diet;

2. Consistent cardiovascular exercise; and

3. Abs-targeting exercises.

"You are what you eat" - I happen to think that's true. If you workout but eat fatty meals and neglect the valuable nutrients your body needs to build muscle, you're only in for a major failure. That's why you need to live a well-balanced, healthy diet.

Eliminate or at least slow down on your intake of undesirable carbs and fats. Instead, pack your meals with vegetables, fruits, lean meats, and whole grains. Stop obsessing about the best exercise for lower abdominals for a second and think about consuming frequent yet small and healthy foods.

Dieting alone won't get you to your dream quickly either. You have to exercise 3 times a week for about 45 minutes to an hour for you to increase your metabolism and, ultimately, build muscle.

Including running, boxing, and other cardiovascular exercises in your program will help you complete your fitness regimen. Following fitness videos are just as good as exercising outdoors, mind you.

Once you've gotten your diet and cardio routine down, you can now focus on sculpting those abs. So how does one implement the topmost routine for lower abs?

Leg raises have been done and proven by people from all walks of life. It's very basic to do AND you can get so much out of it; it's superb.

First, you must lie down on the ground, rest your hands on your sides with palms facing the ground, and lift your legs gradually until they're perpendicular to the floor. Then, ease your legs back to their initial form. Don't forget to tighten your ab muscles all through out the routine.

To mix a little variation, you can grip a ball in between your shins as you perform those raises.

Keep in mind, with these 3 important techniques - diet, cardio, and the best routine for lower abdominals - and you will definitely have a solid exercise regimen that WORKS.
