What should you do if someone takes oxycontin, 4 advil, & smokes weed?

I'm not with my friend, but this guy took oxycontin (she doesnt know how much), smoked weed, & then she gave him 4 advil before she knew that he'd already done the other stuff . He passed out & she's been waking him up & giving him water but she doesn't know what she should do to take care of him . Help ?
