Cheap or free alcohol treatment?

My mother is a serious alcoholic. Shes been drinking since she was 13 and she is 50 yrs old now. She drinks at least 3 bottles of wine a day. She has no medical insurance and can't afford rehab. She needs help ASAP. I'm taking her to meetins 3 times a week but they are no help because everyone in the class has already quit, my mother is the only one who is still using.
