Do the opioid antagonist effects of suboxone also block the effects of your bodies natural endorphins?

I've recently had a relapse on heroin which couldn't have come at a worse time for me as I've also recently completed my qualifications to become a personal trainer and finally get on with my life with a career that I truly enjoy and am passionate about. So needless to say, I am willing to do whatever it takes to ensure my life keeps going on track in this direction. It's a long story that I won't go into here as to why and how I allowed this relapse to happen (feel free to message me if you are curious about it). Anyway, I have started on a suboxone treatment program to help me steer clear of the junk while I'm getting my life in order and it seems to be working well for me. I'm just curious about whether the opioid antagonist (blocking) effects of suboxone (a huge benefit of the treatment in my opinion) would also have a blocking effect on the bodies own natural endorphins since a major benefit of exercise is the increase in your bodies production and use of these hormones
which opioids mimic.
