Do you have to be a legal resident of a medical marijuana state to get medical marijuana?

I am a Type 1 diabetic and smoking marijuana has really kept my blood sugars steady and makes me feel 100% better everyday. The only problem is that I live in NH. But I do have a ski house in Maine that I use all winter. Would I be able to use medical marijuana at my ski house in Maine?
