Does anyone know of a woman that took methadone while she was pregnant?

I am currently 12 weeks along and am on medically prescribed methadone. My Doctor tells me this is very safe, however, I'm scared, and would like to hear other womens' stories. (I would truly appreciate those who feel the need to be negative and judgmental, first educate yourself before running your mouth, please) If you have gone thru a similar pregnancy or know of someone who has, or you are in the medical field please respond...Thank you.
