How do you figure correct dosage of Oxycodone for dogs?

My golden collie mix,Vera, suffers from severe arthritis. She has tried Glucosomine,Rimadyl,ASA,Amantadine and Tramadol. I want to give her my Oxycodone as one last try. She weighs 70 lbs. I need to know what the right dose is for her body weight
