How much ecstasy can you take before your brain gets messed up?

I know ecstasy puts holes in your brain. But does it happen the first time you take it? Or do u have to take it a lot? and if you have to take it a lot, how much is a lot?
I really liked it when i took it the first time and want to take it again and again and again. But obviously that's really bad. So should i just take it every once in awhile or could i take it every weekend?
