I know crystal meth is illegal but is it also legal in Canada?

Is there ways people can use it like being prescribed or something? (I'm doing a health project that's due tomorrow and I can't seem to find info on this anywhere) I'm afraid to look certain things up because crystal meth is so disturbing...
