Feng shui TIP Required?

I always found shoes next to our main door. Everyone in our home and relative, just leave their shoes next to the door. At times, i kick them to side but that's everyone's habit. I request u all to suggest a way to grab the energy by adding some feng shui element. Any other suggestion in this regard is heartly appreciated.
