Finding an alcohol treatment center?

How do I find an inpatient alcohol treatement center in Colorado for a teenager? And is there any way to get financial assistance? My 17 year old sister is in major trouble, and it's way beyond my parent's abilty to control. I want to find a place she can go for help, and try to convice my parents that it's the best thing for her. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
