How long after taking Oxycodone is it safe to take Xanax?

Just had the Flu with severe pain - finished a 4 day course of oxycodone (20 milligrams a day). How long do I have to wait before I can resume taking Xanax (0.25 milligrams). I know these 2 drugs interact. I just want to be safe.

p.s. I'm no addict, I'm prescribed. So no lectures please.
