Dell should be shut down because their computers are basically trash. Maybe some of the expensive ones are alright, but any computer with a starting price under ,000 isn't really worth buying. I've been using Dell laptops and Desktops for years and I've had problems with each one. Not to mention when I call Dell for any assistance I get hung up on and passed around to 50 different people who barely speak english. The laptop I'm currently replacing is a Dell and it's the worst laptop I've ever had experience with. It overheats like crazy, and the fan has been replaced several times. The motherboard, keyboard, and several other things have also needed to be replaced within just a year. The monitor is litterally falling off of the keyboard and I'm surprised it still works. It's just a very poorly made computer and I can't stand it. When they sent a technician to my house to fix my computer, even he said to buy a different brand.
That's why Dell should be put out of business.
