If you take painkillers a day before taking ecstasy, does it diminish the effects of ecstasy?

I'm not looking for "DONT DO DRUGS" posts. I'm responsible when I do use drugs and I know it's stupid. I'm a fuck up. Yadda yadda. Get over it.

Anyways..if you get high on painkillers will you still get the effects of ecstasy if I take E the next day?
