Is Ecstasy really an attempted murder charge for each tab if you get caught with it?

I have heard this from so many people, but I have a hard time believing it.
Why would you get a murder charge for having a tab in your possession? If a dealer had a hundred tabs, would you get hundred counts of attempted murder and rot in jail?
Or is this false?
