Is mixing ativan and generic ambien dangerous?

I really want to know Say for an example someone takes 1mg of ativan and then 10 mg of ambien generic Good or bad?Thanks.
I want to know because i am on these medications and it would be nice to have some facts i doubt i'll get a straight forward answer.
