What do you get for possession with intent to sell of ecstasy?

Someone I use to be friends with got arrested by undercover cops for possession with intent to sell of ecstasy. He had two pills, while being under the influence of drugs.He was caught on camera selling a pill, hence intent to sell charge. This is his first offense and in Connecticut. What do you think will happen to him? And now this was not me it is actually someone I dislike.
