Can I deduct Medical Marijuana as a Medical Expense if I am a Medical Marijuana Patient?

Pretty straight forward, have a license for Medical marijuana, and I want to know if I can count my medicine as a Medical Expense. This one is a tricky one, thanks
Please remember that Medical Marijuana is not illegal in my state, would it still be eligible for medical expense
