A patient there comes to us for information. She is now forced to use DHC (dihydrocodeine), which is highly addictive. One common side effect is Depression. Of course, this DHC regime would be illegal as a treatment course in New York State. Here, as well, we have AAAP to assist finding appropriate treatment. Partial agonist methodologies do much less harm to patients and have much higher success rates. How to go about obtaining this preferred treatment regime in U.K. ?
