Can you smoke medical marijuana while on prop 36?

Say you are arrested for possesion and selling of narcotics, and you are on prop 36 and have to go to the lowest level 1 drug classes for about 7 months because you are not a user and you are on probation for 1 year. If you have a medical marijuana card because you have an illness and it helps treat that illness ( type 1 diabetic helps control blood sugar levels) for you, can you smoke marijuana while going to the drug classes that are giving you drug test ever week?
