Does anyone know of a good rehab that treats with meds to replace the need 4 opiates?

I have insurance and am on medicare because of my disabling injury to my dominant hand. I am on high doses of narrcotic pain killers and have been for years due to this injury, I face getting my hand completely fused at the wrist to be able to come offf of these things. I need others to understand we have lost everything and my life is at the lowest quality possible. I plan to sue the Surgeon but until that is resolved I have no assets to part with or savings to reach into to pay for what the insurance and medicare wont. Please if anyone can help me come in contact with a clinic that will treat me under my sircomstances i will be eternally gratefull
I also am addicted to my ADHD medication. In the past few months ,since moving to a different state, it has been so difficult to get any ony to give me the amount of pain meds I am used to taking. When I run out of percocet taking more of my adderall gives me that euphoric sensation but doesnt do any thing for the pain. I am getting really scared of the limits I have pushed my body to! To be quite honest, my husband has no clue how bad things are with me because he he has so much resentment towards me because I cant work and have'nt since May of 2003 when I injured my hand. We lost everything had to file bankruptcy and come back home.. It hurts to carry such a burden I don't deserve but I can understand . I obviously am a peace keeper because I do feel if I hadnt been suck a clutz and in a hurry as usual I would have never fell to begin with. anyway I just needed to vent because I if I dont I am going to crumble.
