Have experience w/ or heard about Iowa/Illinois Basement Waterproofing?

We're considering having Iowa/Illinois Basement Waterproofing fix our basement. Have you had experience with this company or know someone who has? Did they do a good job? Were they easy to work with? Did they clean up well? Did they keep the water out of your basement? What is their sump pump like?
