How much time is a guy that gave me the date rape pill and held me against my will going to get in jail?

I was recently in an incident where a guy gave me the date rape pill (ghb i think) any way, he held me against my will and so he is being charged with false inprisonment, kidnaping, battery on a police officer, and criminal damage to property of 1,000 dollars or more. Any idea on the time this guys gonna get? Please any info would be a great help and ease my mind.
