How much would it cost to repair or rebuild an 11 x 9 garage roof that has extensve water damage?

How much would it cost to repair / rebuild an 11 x 9 garage roof that has extensive water damage and waterproof the beams from the inside to stop the mold and corrosion? Please include the price of materials vs. the cost of labor and disposal of all trash and debris. I would like a pricing for a one man team.
