I've been smoking weed every day for the past few months. I was never big on smoking weed, but gradually i began enoying it alot more. I started smoking maybe once a week and now im to the point where i smoke everyday, sometimes more than once. i know weed is not physically addicting, but i know for a fact it is mentally addicting. i need ways to help myself get over the dependance of smoking to escape reality. its affecting my school work and my overall motivation to do much.
please dont tell me i shouldnt be smoking weed in the first place. whatever floats your boat. i just need ways to help get over my habit of smoking everyday, to maybe 2-3 times a week.
