Should I buy a house with minor termite damage?

I have been looking for a home for several months now. Finally one of my offers was accepted, but the termite inspection found termites. The total of the repairs is ,390 and the seller is required to pay for repairs. I've heard that it is only minor damage, but should I still buy the house. It's a nice place, but now i'm having doubts. The house is 13 years old. Should i walk away?
Also, The entire house is being fumigated. Has anybody had actual experience with this kind of thing?
