Can I get a medical marijuana license in Maine on vacation?

I live in Ohio and will be going to Maine for a vacation on the 25th of July. I have been taking anti-depressants for five years and also have back problems. I have a few questions:

-How do I go about getting a license for marijuana in Maine?
-Do I have to get medical records from my current doctor?
-Should I ask my current doctor anything in particular before I ask for records concerning the license?
