A dehumidifier can actually be used for many different things and just one of these is of course flooding. Flooding A flood in the home is not an easy thing to deal with, in fact it can be very hard watching much of your home get destroyed. The problem with flood water is that it is not like normal water, it is dirty and will get into all of the electricals and things like that. Once it is in the home you will have to replace pretty much everything it touches simply because the water will likely make it either smell or go rotten. Industrial heater along with something like fan heater are also there to help on things like this and they can help keep a family warm when the central heating system isn't working, which chances are after a flood they are not going to be. So if something does happen and you are hit by a big flood make sure you think about this and take it into consideration.
