Did they really take OxyContin off the market?

I have seen a couple of posts here that say the drug OxyContin has been taken off the market, or at least the generic version, and that insurance companies are not covering the cost of the medication under normal co-pays. I take this medication for a cervical spine injury and will be due for a refill on Thursday when I see my pain management doctor. Do I need to go in a with a back up plan to switch meds? Can anyone provide me with a link that shows this has really happened?
