Instead of calling the repair man to do the job, you can finish reversing the door by following this set of instructions. Get the tools ready and call a friend to help you, the job is moderately difficult so you will need the help of a friend. Here’s how you go about reversing the door on your fridge.
What You Will Need:

Screwdriver
Ratchet and Sockets

Step 1 – Getting Started
Start by removing all the items from the doors of the refrigerator, it is a good idea to take everything out of the refrigerator. Unplug the refrigerator from the power supply. Take out the grill from the bottom of the fridge.
Start removing the door by removing the hinges on top of the door. You need to ask someone to hold the door while you remove the hinges.
Step 2 – Remove the Door
As you remove the hinges, open the door slightly at the same time lift it up out of its hinges. Once the door is free from its hinges, remove the handle and fix it to the opposite side of the refrigerator door.
Take out the plastic plugs that are there on the mounting holes on the opposite side of the fridge. You can use a screwdriver to remove it.
Step 3 – Mount the Hinges
Mount the hinges on the opposite side of the fridge, where you removed the plastic plugs. Lift the door and place it on the hinges, move it a bit to make sure it gets in properly. Adjust the door to fit properly.
Once the door is fixed back onto the mounting holes take the ratchet and tighten the screws on the hinges to hold the door in place. Make sure the door is fitted properly before tightening the screws.
Step 4 – Replace the Plastic Plugs
Replace the plastic plugs you removed into the holes on the opposite side, the place where you removed the hinges from. Replace the grill you removed from the bottom of the refrigerator.
Plug in the refrigerator to the power supply outlet and turn the refrigerator on. Close the door and check if it closes properly. Make sure that there is no cold air coming out through the door. If you notice that the door is not closed properly, repeat the steps above to remove the door and replace the door again. Make sure it closes properly and check once again.
