How to clear your throat after taking 3.6 Grams of Oxycontin?

Hi, my GF took 120 pills of oxycontin and now at night her breathing stops or comes close to that. She complains that her throat is closing up and it hurts in her chest. The strangest thing of it all is that she does not feel drugged at all during the day, meaning she is great but at night is when it all happens. Is there any solution to this?
