Im trying to get off opiates.What is the best way to taper off of 32 milligrams of suboxone?

I have been an addict for many years.I've gone to detoxes,rehabs,methodone clinics and I still end up going back to o.c.'s/heroin.The withdrawals are awful!I was told to get off by tapering down with suboxone,not medically prescribed.I have 32 milligrams of suboxone and if anybody can please give me suggestions,I'd appreciate it so much.
