what will help me get off of opiates?

I've been addicted to snorting opiates for about 2-3 years now and I need help getting off them. I'm going through horrible detox and withdrawls right now and all I can think about is getting a pill but I want to be stronger than that. Does anyone have any advice as to what could help me with my detox?
