What would you do if you did crystal meth?

I have a big problem. A while back a week after my 20th birthday I did crystal methwith some friends and now iam having these thoughts of wanting to hurt my boyfriend. I got help for it I just need some advice. So can you please please help me before I loose my boyfriend?
