Any tips on using Feng Shui for this? New house and contents are falling apart!?

Lately, everything in my house is breaking. It's a new place but the exception to the rule has happened on two cases, my stone counter split, which is rare, and another rare incident with the sink. A few months ago, a very good toilet kept flushing and the inside had to be replaced. It's really strange. Last winter, 2008, the ceiling downstairs had a leak and had to be opened, but no one knew what it was and blamed just basic condensation. My bed is new, a few years old and I have just discovered a few months ago by a technician that it was never installed properly and it would have broken any time soon. A few months ago, I bought a new pc, very powerful and already it seems to make a strange noise. Any help? Do I have something where I shouldn't? What things can I have that may be causing this streak of bad luck? And no, I don't have a cemetary nearby or so.

Selling the house is not an option now :)
