Can doing ecstasy for only two months produce any negative effects?

On Saturday I "rolled" and the ecstasy I took was tweek based (had methamphetamines in it.) I took four pills in about 12 hours and after a few hours my face started becomming dry around my mouth and turned a blackish brown purple color which was really scary, but luckily it washed off. I'm assuming that it's because of the toxins that are in methamphetamines that escape from your pores after you do it. When I got home my lips were purple and blue and I was up all night. Twelve hours later I was still experiencing jaw clenching and dialted pupils. The day after, I was really tired and to this day (3 days later) I'm still tired, feel weird, and am also experiencing weird tingling sensations on my back and last night had a really heavy nosebleed for the first time in my life, although that could be from the dry weather? I hear that you have to do a lot of drugs to start having effects so is it even possible to be having effects from the fourteen pills I've consumed th
