I've owned my home since July 2002. When I bought the home, I had a termite company inspect and treat (?...drilled holes in front & back porch & areas of the slab foundation and-I think-put in chemicals to keep termites away). I've never had termites, and I continue to pay a little under 0 for a yearly inspection by the same company. This year, the cost has been raised to 0.
Is it worth it to keep having the yearly inspection when all the guy appears to do is walk around looking at the inside and outside of my home.
What do I need to know about termite control so that I can justify continuing to pay for this service?
