Drug Addiction Rehab? Where is the best place to go?

I am looking for a place for my cousin who is still young. He's only 20 and I would like to lead him in the right direction. He has been addicted to drug for 2 years and I feel he goes to drug rehab now -not 5 years from now - he'll have a better chance of overcoming his addiction.
