how long does marijuana stay in your system?

I am applying for my first job ever. and I have to get a drug test. I have not smoked weed in exactly one week. I have no addiction to the herb at all. so It's easy to quit. how long does it stay in my system before it clears out? And I need to know how to clear it out of my system. any home remedies? please? i need this job.
