Step 1 - Turn off Power
Safety is very important in all matters, especially when the work involves electrical appliances. Make sure that the dishwasher is unplugged, not only switched off, to avoid mishaps. Also, check that there are no other electrical cables or the like lying around or in the pool of water in front of the dishwasher. �
Step 2 - Inspect the Door Gasket

Step 3 - Replace the Door Gasket

Step 4 - Check the Latch
Dishwashers usually have a latch that helps the door fit and seal properly against the cabinet. Close and latch the door and then slightly move it back and forth. If it moves, the latch is loose. This may be the reason why the seal does not compress against the cabinet. Tighten the latch gradually, checking the door to see if it is sealing properly. You can stop adjusting when you have the door sealed and secure.�
