We are moving in a new apartment need some tips so we can bring good luck to our new family?

in the past i have always been unsuccessful in bringing good luck to me and my family. i am moving again and will like some advice so i can have a pleasant lifestyle with my family. i.e.. tips on feng shui or any other style. thanks
